These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rueya Supply ("Rueya", "we", "us") and any products, pages, or services we make available. By browsing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the store. If you are using Rueya on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Rueya sells digital products — downloadable files, licenses, and access to digital resources. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each item includes, its format, and any system requirements before you buy.

We do our best to describe and price every item accurately. If an obvious error in price or description occurs, we may cancel and fully refund the affected order rather than fulfil it at the mistaken terms.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account or make a purchase. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy at the price shown. The contract forms once we confirm the order and payment succeeds. Prices are shown in your selected display currency; the charge is processed in the currency stated at checkout.

Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card details. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges your provider applies.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital goods for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files; remove proprietary notices; or use the goods to build a directly competing product. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rueya or the original rights holder.

You agree not to misuse the store: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer protected systems, or use the store for anything unlawful. You will not upload malicious code or infringe anyone else's rights.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

The Rueya name, brand, site design, copy, and the digital products themselves are owned by Rueya or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Your license to purchased goods does not transfer ownership.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve the store without obligation to you, though we are always grateful for it.

The store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product will meet every specific need beyond its description.

To the extent the law allows, Rueya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including, for consumers in the EU/EEA and UK, your statutory rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rueya is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We prefer to resolve issues directly first — please reach out before escalating.

We may update these Terms as the store evolves or the law requires. When we do, we increment the version and update the effective date below. Material changes will be signposted on the store or by email where appropriate.

Continuing to use Rueya after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is v1, effective 12 May 2026.
